Agilis Fitness offers a Fitness Camp program with a maximum of no more than 12 participants. Strength training, cardio and a personalized corrective postural and core strengthening program that that will fit your budget, keep you healthfully moving and keep you on a positive, preventative health track! This is the best of both a group fitness setting and a personalized training session. Burn off some stress, increase your metabolism and tone up all those trouble spots in a challenging circuit set amongst other like-minded individuals. Let the group setting generate the momentum and synergy to keep you motivated with every class.

Fitness Camp meets every Monday thru Friday at 5:30am and 9:00am. Classes will run from 60 to 75 minutes depending on the workout and pace of the class.

Fitness Camp Focus.....

All participants will get a full (2 hour) postural and core strength evaluation and a health and lifestyle questionaire just as private clients do. All of your postural corrections and needs will be addressed at every session on an individual basis. As needed, at the beginning of class you will have your own stretches and at the end of class, as needed, your own exercises for postural corrections and core strength progressions.

The Fitness Camp meets every Monday thru Friday at 5:30am and 9:00am. Classes will run from 60 to 75 minutes depending on the workout and pace of the class. Please call for your free class and initial assessment/consultation (pre-sign). Signing up for your first full fitness camp session will start your secondary postural and core strength assessment(s), health history questionnaire, current health practice evaluation, a 10 day physiological load/stress assessment and written goal statement process. All information gathered will be applied to your program for an effective and personalized Fitness Camp session. The location may change in the Belmont Heights/Belmont Shore area and space is limited, so please call ahead before dropping in on a class.
