Here is what you get with the Agilis Fitness Online/Phone Fitness & Wellness Coaching...

  • A personalized Fitness Training Program
  • A complete fitness program based off your fitness assesment and designed to precisely meet your fitness and postural needs and goals. Your program will be built from scratch, not from a computer denerated form! Programs implement the following: stretching, strength training, cardiovascular/endurance training, breathing, balance, yoga lifestyle management recommendations. New programs received every 2-6 weeks to keep you motivated and your neural-motor system always trying to catch up!

  • Unlimited email contact
  • Email with your coach by day, night, morning...emails are promptly replied to.

  • Photo and Video Exercise Descriptions
  • ptonthenet.com is an online fitness tool that provides a library of exercises and stretches for trainers and clients alike. View photos and a text descriptions of your prescribed exercises sent along with your written program. Agilis Fitness is now starting its own video catalogue of exercises and stretches that will be useful for understanding your program. Exercsies are being added in a prioritized fashion.

  • Regular check-in phone sessions
  • Two check-in calls a month! Conversations are intended to discuss issues, problem solve, encourage, motivate, answer questions and keep an open dialogue regarding any conserns. These are typically bi-weekly scheduled to work with your calendar and at random for heightened accountability. Typical phone coaching duration is 15-20 minutes with more phone coaching time available.

  • Webcam check-in sessions
  • If you have a webcam and would prefer your check-in call to include exercise and postural corrections, then this is an option for you too. All you need to do is get your webcam set up on your end of the line and have the exercises you need help with (or that we have requested to see) and demonstrate while we talk to you on the phone line. Always an option, but not a requirement for those that prefer anonimity.

  • Fitness, Health & Postural Assessment
  • Your program also includes a preliminary fitness screening, a health and lifestyle questionaire and a postural and movement analysis done by photo, video or take the option to just report the results of a few movements either by yourself or with a friend's watchful eye. You have options! This assessment can also be done in-person with a trainer depending on your location to Long Beach, California.

  • Nutritional Consulting
  • You will be coached on finding your balanced dietary needs based off YOUR metabolic type. Learn how to eat specifically for what YOU need, with an individualzed and flexible program. Also, troubleshooting what may be holding you back from attaining your goals by looking into hormone imbalance, food intolerances, stress, etc. Seeking other professional help in conjunction with your fitness program can close the gap of any and all complicating possibilities.

  • Exclusive access to articles pertinent to your fitness goals, written by leaders in the field of fitness education.
