Start the Fitness Class at any time and your first 4-week session will be pro-rated!

First class and a partial assessment/consultation (pre-sign) up is free!

$75 Level:
4 weeks, 1 class per week

$149 Level:
4 weeks, 2 classes per week

$209 Level:
4 weeks, 3 classes per week



Online/Phone Fitness Coaching

Monthly fees are automatically charged on a monthly basis through PayPal's Secure Website.

Plan A:
$150 per month

This includes unlimited email contact and one check-in call (webcam if available) every week or 4 check-in calls per month.
(There is a $50 initiation fee for fitness screen, questionnaire and program design).

This includes unlimited email contact and one check-in call (webcam if available) every other week or two check-in calls per month.
